Liver - First of Last

This was an album cover + launch poster I did for a part-time producer friend of mine. He titled this album "First of Last" as this was his last big attempt at a career in music. I interpreted this visually as the first light on the last day in the life of a civilization. I used minimal elements with an emphasis on composition. The vibrant, contrasting colours create beautiful tension between the subject and the objects.

I worked with Wim from Black River Studio to create screen-printed posters for the launch. It was not easy to recreate the textures and gradient but i think Wim abolustely nailed it! So happy with how they come out.
